The food that goes into the body can get enough chemical reaction and affect the feeling. If the feeling is positive, sleep can be easily done.

A close gap between meal and sleep could only increase metabolism and the body heat. To get a good sleep, our body needs to be in relaxation mood. It will be hard to sleep if you eat your meal before going to sleep. If you are hungry, take a simple snack that rich with carbohydrate at least 2 to 4 hours before sleep.One of the benefits of doing this is you can control your body weight because having meal before sleep will only put fat into your body.
